What began as a small project quickly grew into a platform serving thousands of users across 90+ countries. Today, ReadLoudly processes over 50,000 documents monthly and offers 1,200+ premium AI voices in 40+ languages.

ReadLoudly is a browser-based reading and listening platform. It opens 24 document, ebook, comic and image formats, reads them aloud with more than 1,200 AI voices across 40+ languages, and adds highlighting, bookmarking, AI chat with your document, and a set of PDF tools — all without installing anything.
Students working through textbooks and lecture PDFs, researchers processing papers, professionals reviewing long reports, readers with dyslexia, ADHD or low vision, and anyone who would rather listen during a commute than sit down to read.
No. You can upload a document and start listening as a guest. An account adds a saved library, synced bookmarks and highlights, and the ability to pick up on another device where you stopped.
There is a free plan that covers core reading and text-to-speech. Core is $5/month, Plus $10/month and Pro $19/month, raising upload limits and unlocking the full voice library, MP3 downloads, offline listening and an ad-free experience.
They are processed to extract text and then removed. ReadLoudly does not train models on your files, does not share them with third parties, and does not make them visible to anyone else. Signed-in users can choose to keep a file in their own private library.
