Prepaid Voice Credits can be purchased with any plan—Free, Core, or Pro. All purchases under the "No Subscription" plan are final and non-refundable. By buying Prepaid Voice Credits, you agree that the payment is not eligible for refund under any circumstances. Credits can be used within the validity period (180 or 360 days, depending on your plan) and are subject to the usage rules stated in your account dashboard and the 'Usage' menu.
Refunds may not be available for purchases made during promotional periods.
Subscriptions and recurring payments are subject to our cancellation policy and may not be eligible for refunds after the initial purchase period.
